Shipping Policy
We deliver premium padel equipment exclusively within Indonesia.
Domestic Shipping (Indonesia Only)
- Standard (2-5 business days): calculated at checkout based on your destination, carried by trusted national couriers.
- Store pickup (Bandung): always free, collect at our store.
No International Shipping
Please note that Padelab does not offer international shipping at this time. We ship exclusively to addresses located within the territories of Indonesia. Any international order requests or addresses outside of Indonesia will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2 PM WIB are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day. Each racket undergoes a rigorous hand-inspection and custom-gripping process before dispatch.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and a notification over WhatsApp to monitor your package's journey.
